The Philippines hosted the 42nd Asean Port Association Main meeting on 15-16 November 2016 with Philippine Transport Secretary Arthur P. Tugade as Keynote Speaker, wherein he underscored the immense market potential of the China-led Maritime Silk Road Corridor to APA members to increase their trading base. The Secretary also gamely poses for a photo with the rest of the delegates.
